Welcome to Prismatic.
Congratulations on taking a brave and rewarding step towards your healthiest self. We are passionate about empowering our clients to take a lead role in recognizing their strengths and reaching their goals.
Prismatic Therapy was founded as a step towards making affirming therapy more accessible and a safer place to be everything that you are.
What makes queer inclusive therapy different than traditional therapy?
Queer affirming therapy seeks to affirm, rather than change Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and Two spirit + identities and their unique experiences. Prismatic seeks to recognize and affirm non traditional family structures and relationships, and work from a sex positive, kink informed perspective.
Everyone needs a place where they can be authentically themselves.
Services We Provide:
Individual Therapy
Individual virtual therapy sessions at Prismatic Therapy are focused on trading your problems for goals, and walking towards them alongside your therapist. At Prismatic Therapy we focus our work on adults and adolescents that pursue therapy for a variety of concerns. Whether you hope to address anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, obsessive compulsive disorder, attachment, or stressors related to your gender identity or sexuality, you have come to the right place.
EMDR & ERP Therapy
At Prismatic Therapy, we know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Many of our clients come to us carrying the weight of past trauma, intrusive thoughts, or anxiety that feels hard to escape. That’s why we specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) two therapies proven to help people move past what keeps them stuck and reclaim peace in their lives.
Our clinicians are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy designed to help you process and heal from painful or traumatic experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories in a way that reduces emotional distress and fosters a sense of safety, empowerment, and resilience.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety conditions. ERP helps you break free from the cycle of fear and compulsions by learning to face discomfort safely and gradually, with the support of a compassionate therapist. Whether you’re navigating trauma, OCD, or the stress of daily life, our goal is to create an affirming space where all parts of you are seen and healing becomes possible.
